Noesis is looking for a Product Manager (e-commerce) to define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. The role involves ensuring alignment with business and market needs while managing internal and external stakeholders.

  • Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and market needs
  • Manage and align internal and external stakeholders, including customers, commercial teams, and technology teams
  • Identify market, customer, regulatory, and industry trends to drive product improvements and new opportunities
  • Define and monitor product KPIs, business cases, requirements, and communication plans, ensuring successful product delivery and business outcomes
O que é pedido
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably managing e-commerce products within Technology, Financial Services, or Payments
  • Strong experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap definition, requirements management, and KPI tracking
  • Solid business analysis and analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer and market needs into product requirements
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business, commercial, technology, and external teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and strong results-oriented mindset
  • Advanced level of English

  • Good understanding of financial services, payments, technology trends, and/or regulatory environments will be highly valued
