Noesis is looking for the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor critical systems and alarms with OBM (Operations Bridge Manager – you will be the first to know and act!)
  • Operation in production and pre-production environments with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and AIX operating systems;
  • Management and monitoring of tasks through Control-M;
  • Execute scheduled procedures with precision and attention to detail;
  • Identify, resolve or escalate technical issues to specialized teams (2nd and 3rd line).

Requirements:

  • 12th grade education;
  • Enthusiasm for IT and a curious spirit;
  • Knowledge of IT support and networks;
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written;
  • Full availability for rotating shifts 24/7 (mandatory): 7am-3pm | 3pm-11pm | 11pm-7am.
