Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Exchange Online and/or Exchange On Prem (including hybrid) and Microsoft 365 environments;
- Management of mail flow, connectors, policies, antispam, etc.;
- Compliance management: DLP, AIP, Retention Policies, Purview;
- Monitor performance, availability, and security of email services;
- Implement and maintain email policies, retention rules, and compliance configurations;
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to email flow, user access, and system errors;
- Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP), spam filtering, and threat management;
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes for users, mailbox creation, and license management;
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate email systems with other business applications;
- Ensure data protection and disaster recovery strategies for email systems;
- Document procedures, configurations, and system changes;
- Stay updated on Microsoft 365 news, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in managing Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Promodag environments;
- Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and PowerShell scripting (groups, role assignment, conditional access);
- Experience in email security and compliance, including DLP, AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, and Purview;
- Task automation (provisioning, reporting, policies);
- Azure fundamentals for managing Microsoft 365 workloads;
- Ability to create internal scripts;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- High resilience, assertiveness, and proactivity;
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS 102, MS 203) will be valued.
Location: Porto/Maia 2x a week in the office.
