Description

Noesis is looking for dynamic and organized candidates to join our Sales team, taking on roles that combine operational/administrative support with proactive business development.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Business Development and Prospecting:

  • Direct support to the Sales team and Account Managers;
  • Active prospecting of new accounts and business contacts;
  • Analysis of professional social networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and exploration of contacts;
  • Conducting cold calls to identify opportunities;
  • Follow up on the status of sent commercial proposals.

Administrative and Operational Support:

  • Assistance in the preparation of commercial proposals and presentations;
  • Administrative support for the Public Procurement process;
  • Control of Purchase Orders and Invoicing;
  • Management and constant updating of information on internal platforms (CRM: Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.), including customer data, contacts, and opportunities;
  • Preparation of reports for management teams.

Technical Requirements:

  • Training in Management, Technical Administrative Courses or similar areas;
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Experience in managing information through CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) will be valued;
  • Advanced English (oral and written) – mandatory factor;
  • Knowledge of Spanish will be valued;
  • Eligibility for IEFP / Ativar.pt Professional Internship (preferential non-eliminatory factor).

Location: Lisbon - Hybrid 3x a week in the office
