Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Management of service requests and evolving requests;
  • Ensuring the registration and prioritization of service requests;
  • Management of conflicts between requests;
  • Formal delivery of the respective requests to all environments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management;
  • Previous experience working with distributed software systems.
  • Knowledge of software management cycles;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
