Noesis is looking to strengthen its teams with an IT Integration Architect (Cloud & Microservices) to join a challenging project in the area of banking transactions, focused on the design and implementation of highly critical cloud-native solutions:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Definition and documentation of cloud-native architectures aligned with business, security, and performance requirements
  • Leadership in the design of microservices-based solutions (Spring Boot), ensuring scalability and resilience
  • Support for the adoption and operation of container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
  • Definition of CI/CD pipelines and best development practices
  • Collaboration with development, QA, and operations teams in defining technical standards and reviewing solutions
  • Definition of observability, monitoring, and incident management strategies
  • Production and maintenance of technical architecture documentation (diagrams, ADRs, runbooks).

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar (or relevant experience).
  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect or Software Architect
  • Experience in cloud-native solutions and microservices architectures
  • Experience in microservices architecture
  • Experience in development with Spring Boot (Spring Cloud, REST APIs)
  • Experience in highly critical systems

We value:

  • Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes
  • Integration knowledge (REST, GraphQL, SOAP)
  • Experience with messaging (Kafka, MQ, Pulsar or similar)
  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Git
  • Strong analytical skills and systemic vision
  • Excellent communication with technical and business teams
  • Diligence in documentation and technical decision-making
  • Collaborative spirit and team orientation
