Infrastructure Project Manager - Lisbon/Hybrid

Noesis is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager with experience in managing technology projects, responsible for ensuring the planning, execution, control, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timeline, cost, and quality.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Join the Infrastructure Project Management team, whose skills include:
  • Manage the preparation, planning, execution, control, monitoring, and delivery of the product/service, in line with the triple constraint (scope, time, and cost), ensuring maximum quality and effective management of all project stakeholders.
  • Ensure communication with executive management, providing necessary reporting levels (status meetings and reporting), as well as coordination between project teams and executives.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation (HLD, LLD, among others).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Engineering, or similar areas (advantageous).
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a project management team.
  • Knowledge of the Banking sector will be valued.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW).
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and/or Kanban.
  • Strong executive reporting skills and the ability to create detailed reports.
  • English and Spanish minimum level B1 (ideally).

  • CSM Certification
  • MS Project Certification
  • AZ-900 Certification

Work regime: Hybrid (2 times a week in the office)
