Digital Workplace Lead

Noesis is looking for a Digital Workplace Manager to lead the transformation and evolution of End User Technology services, ensuring a modern, efficient digital experience aligned with employees' needs. This role will be responsible for managing the Workplace Services team, transforming the infrastructure and services of the Workplace, and adopting Microsoft solutions that promote productivity, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the End User Technology team.
  • Define and execute the strategy for the evolution of Digital Workplace services.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Workplace Technology projects, ensuring deliveries within defined deadlines and budget.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing processes, promoting continuous improvement of services.
  • Implement performance metrics and user feedback collection mechanisms.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies and practices that enhance employee productivity and experience.
  • Collaborate with different areas to ensure that the implemented solutions align with the organization's needs.
  • Ensure continuous training and skill development of the team.
  • Manage the area budget, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and maximizing technological investment.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Digital Workplace and End User Technology.
  • Experience in leading and managing technical teams.
  • Experience in digital transformation programs.
  • Experience in transforming infrastructures and Workplace services with Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience in managing technological projects.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration and productivity solutions.
  • Analytical skills, decision-making, and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in managing suppliers, services, and technological contracts.
  • Knowledge of budget management and cost control.

Valued Skills

  • PMP certification or equivalent in project management.
  • Experience in digital work environments focused on collaboration and productivity.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing.
  • Knowledge of virtualization.
  • Knowledge of mobile device solutions.
  • Experience in defining and monitoring service KPIs.
  • Experience in change management and technology adoption.
  • Experience in implementing modern workplace models.

Work regime: 2x/week in the office
