ITSM/ESM Consultant (Lisbon)
Noesis is looking for the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Implementation and administration of ITSM/ESM platforms (OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or equivalent platforms)
- Monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
- Design and implementation of workflows, custom fields, automation rules, dashboards, reports, and SLAs
- Development of integrations with external systems/applications via REST API (CRUD)
- Implementation and administration of the CMDB, as well as reconciliation with other data sources (Discovery, Intune, SCCM, among others).
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of ITSM/ESM solutions (OpenText SMAX, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or equivalent platforms)
- Experience in CMDB, including definition and design of data models
- Knowledge of CRUD and Javascript (valued, but not mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Good knowledge of the ITIL 5 framework.
