Certificate operations specialist

Noesis is looking for a digital certificates specialist to ensure governance, control, and operation of the digital certificates lifecycle, ensuring availability, compliance, security, and risk mitigation.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• This role will have a central role in coordinating the teams involved, ensuring the definition, implementation, and maintenance of processes associated with certificate management;
• Define and maintain formal documentation to support certificate management throughout the entire lifecycle;
• Establish and operationalize RACI matrices, clarifying responsibilities among teams and stakeholders;
• Coordinate a central certificate management team, internal or outsourced;
• Implement and monitor a Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution or equivalent tool;
• Monitor expirations, validity, and criticality of certificates, through alerts differentiated by risk level;
• Promote a proactive approach based on automation and failure prevention;
• Plan and execute simulation and incident response exercises related to certificates;
• Ensure continuous training actions on digital certificates and associated best practices;
• Ensure alignment with security, audit, service continuity, and governance requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in managing digital certificates and their lifecycle;
• Knowledge of information security;
• Knowledge of infrastructures, systems, and networks;
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders;
• Strong sense of responsibility and operational rigor;
• Focus on risk management and mitigation;
• Skills in automation, continuous improvement, and process design;
• Experience in producing formal documentation and defining controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in environments with high availability and security requirements.
• Experience in implementing or monitoring Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
• Knowledge of operational governance.
• Experience in monitoring and proactively managing operational risk.
• Ability to define and optimize operational procedures.
• Experience in audit and compliance contexts.
