Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of a prepaid card management system;
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and requirements from internal and external stakeholders;
  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into specifications that are understandable for technical teams;
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation;
  • Facilitate continuous communication between business and technical teams.

Profile:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, preferably in banking;
  • Mandatory: Strong knowledge of the card payments business, covering the core card issuing processes;
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management;
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and critical thinking;
  • Good level of English
