Noesis is looking for the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Quality Architecture and Governance;
  • Define, implement and evolve the Quality Assurance strategy and framework for the service;
  • Ensure the application of best practices, standards, and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban);
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics of teams (manual and automated);
  • Identify optimization opportunities and lead structured continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Conduct technical audits and ensure compliance with defined frameworks;
  • Act as a strategic contact point with Business Areas and technology stakeholders;
  • Creation and implementation of artificial intelligence agents for technological migration of applications;
  • Development of intelligent capabilities to optimize all phases of the SDLC;
  • Development of microservices to expose capabilities via APIs.

Technical Leadership and Automation Performance

  • Supervise automation performance, ensuring compliance with the framework and automation criteria;
  • Support the prioritization of the automation backlog with business and development teams;
  • Ensure the technical quality of implemented solutions (code review, standards, architecture);
  • Produce executive reports with quality indicators and service evolution.

Requirements:

  • Consolidated experience in Quality Assurance (minimum 3-5 years), including manual and automated testing;
  • Experience in an Agile context (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Higher education in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar area;
  • Solid knowledge of development in .NET (preferred) or Java;
  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems;
  • Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and Agentic patterns;
  • Experience in exposing services via APIs;
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills and interaction with technical and business stakeholders.

Valued:

  • Experience in event-driven architectures and using brokers (e.g., Kafka);
  • Knowledge of security in APIs (OAuth2, JWT, zero-trust);
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray;
  • Experience in API and Mobile testing;
  • Knowledge of observability;
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting (Grafana, Power BI, etc.);
  • Fluent in English.
