We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. Someone who knows the technology world, speaks the same language as developers, and understands that recruiting is much more than sending messages on LinkedIn.
What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-level IT profiles from research, screening, and interviews to presenting candidates to the Business Manager;
- Create and maintain an updated and engaged talent pool;
- Promote a close, transparent, and human candidate experience;
- Support employer branding initiatives and brand communication in the tech market.
What we are looking for in you:
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as an IT Recruiter (ideally in consulting or tech outsourcing);
- Good understanding of technical profiles;
- Communication skills and empathy, you know how to build relationships and earn trust;
- Organization, results-focused, and team spirit;
- Good management of sourcing tools;
- Availability for 100% in-person regime (Parque das Nações).
