We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. Someone who knows the world of technology, speaks the same language as developers, and understands that recruitment is much more than just sending messages on LinkedIn.
What you will do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT profiles, from research, screening, and interviews to presentation to the Business Manager;
- Create and maintain an updated and engaged talent database;
- Promote a close, transparent, and human candidate experience;
- Support employer branding initiatives and brand communication in the tech market.
What we are looking for in you:
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as an IT Recruiter (ideally in consulting or tech outsourcing);
- Good understanding of technical profiles;
- Communication skills and empathy – you know how to build relationships and gain trust;
- Organization, result-oriented focus, and team spirit;
- Good management of sourcing tools;
- Availability for a hybrid work model (Parque das Nações).
