The challenge
We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join a team focused on automating security throughout the entire software development cycle.
You will work side by side with development, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure applications are delivered quickly, scalable, and above all, securely.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps
- Manage and optimize workloads in Kubernetes (AKS/OpenShift)
- Create and maintain Docker images and respective image building processes
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes
- Integrate security scanning and vulnerability control tools into pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to implement good DevSecOps practices
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues related to performance, availability, and security
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform and developer experience
What we are looking for
- Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
- Practical experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Docker and image building
- Knowledge of GitHub and GitHub Actions
- Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps
- Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
- Fluent in English
We especially value
- Experience with OpenShift
- Knowledge of IaC (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)
- Experience with observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Azure Monitor)
- Knowledge of security tools (Trivy, Checkmarx, SonarQube, Prisma Cloud, etc.)
- Experience in enterprise cloud environments
- Automation and continuous improvement mindset
