Position: Backend Developer C++

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features in a custom CRM used by a major telecommunications operator;
• Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of new features and platform evolutions;
• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the application, ensuring stability and quality of delivered solutions;
• Work with relational databases, performing queries, data analysis, and information model optimization;
• Understand the functional requirements and follow the complete lifecycle of features, from analysis to delivery in production;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform and development processes;
• Utilize modern tools and AI-based solutions to accelerate and improve the development process.

Requirements

• Experience in software development;
• Knowledge of C++;
• Experience with relational databases;
• Good command of Spanish;
• Proactive profile, with strong learning and adaptation skills;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Interest in working in a challenging and constantly evolving technological context.
