Position: Functional Analyst / Tester

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements with business areas and stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and actionable functional specifications;
• Develop user stories, functional processes, business rules, and acceptance criteria;
• Ensure functional follow-up of solutions throughout the development cycle;
• Ensure communication between business teams, development, and other stakeholders;
• Validate functional deliveries, ensuring compliance with defined requirements;
• Define, execute, and monitor manual functional tests whenever necessary;
• Identify, report, and track incidents until resolution;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and quality of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Functional Analyst roles;
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements;
• Experience in producing functional documentation and process modeling;
• Ability to interact with different stakeholders and manage priorities;
• Experience in performing manual functional tests;
• Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
