Position: Systems Administrator (Hybrid in Lisbon)

Job Description

We are looking for a Systems Administrator with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology. If you enjoy solving complex problems, ensuring stable and secure environments, and contributing to the continuous evolution of infrastructures, this is the right opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities

- Act in 2nd and 3rd line support.

- Participate in task automation and improve internal processes.

- Communicate with technical teams and ensure updated documentation.

- Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and vulnerabilities.

- Implement, migrate, administer, and support multi-technology platforms.

- Ensure 24/7 support with a preventative regime.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in managing Microsoft environments.

- Knowledge of IT best practices (ITIL, ISO20000).

- Scripting languages (PowerShell).

- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols.

- Active Directory and GPOs management.

- Administration of Microsoft operating systems (Client and Server).

We Also Value

- Experience with Cloud environments (preferably Microsoft Azure).

- Knowledge of Unix/Linux.

- Management and operation of SCCM, WSUS, and MS Orchestrator.
