Position: Systems Administrator (Linux)

Responsibilities

• Install Linux distributions and configure hardware, services, and network settings;
• Apply software updates and security patches;
• Create, modify and remove user accounts, as well as manage file and folder access permissions;
• Manage disks, partitions, and logical volumes (LVM);
• Analyze performance of CPU, memory, network, and disks;
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve critical failures using log analysis;

Requirements

• Proven experience in Linux system administration;
• Proven experience with Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python;
• Knowledge of networks and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnets;
• Proven experience with virtualization: WMWare, KVM/oVirt;
• Experience with container technologies: Podman, Docker;
• Basic knowledge of centralized Storage

Plus

• Knowledge of RedHat management tools: IDM, Satellite;
• Knowledge of Oracle RAC/ASM;
• Knowledge of Oracle Exadata and OLVM;
• RedHat certifications: RHCSA, RHCE;
• Knowledge of security at the infrastructure and operating systems level;
• Knowledge of Wazuh and log centralization
