Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Mulesoft Developer to join one of our Nearshore Teams working for international clients across The Netherlands and other European countries.
What you will do:
- Design, develop and implement APIs and integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform;
- Collaborate closely with architects and cross-functional teams to define integration best practices;
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization and adherence to security standards;
- Support and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team;
- Contribute to integration lifecycle management, continuous improvement and platform governance;
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across distributed systems.
What you are like:
- Proficient in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, RAML, DataWeave and integration patterns;
- Experienced in working with REST/SOAP APIs, cloud environments and CI/CD practices;
- Skilled in team mentoring, technical guidance or leading development streams;
- Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities;
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent communication skills.
