Role Overview:

We are looking for an SAP ECP – Payroll Consultant to join our teams and participate in challenging SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM projects. You will contribute to the implementation, optimization, and evolution of payroll processes across cloud and on‑premise environments.

What you will do:

- Participate in implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP);

- Contribute to SAP Payroll projects, including configuration, testing, and integration;

- Act as a functional consultant within SAP HCM / SuccessFactors initiatives;

- Support requirement gathering, process design, and functional documentation;

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective payroll solutions.

What you are like:

- Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations;

- Proficient in SAP Payroll configuration and payroll processes;

- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are valued;

- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work with autonomy;

- Strong communicator with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders;
