Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join our teams and support a challenging project within a large international environment. In this role, you will act as a key stakeholder across the application lifecycle, ensuring production readiness, infrastructure reliability, service monitoring, and the successful adoption of Agile and DevOps practices.

You will collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to design resilient solutions, automate processes, improve service observability, and ensure the stability of production and non-production environments.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of cloud infrastructure and production-ready technical solutions;
  • Integrate infrastructure, operational, security, and production requirements into project scopes and product backlogs;
  • Facilitate application deployments and ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of production and non-production environments;
  • Implement, maintain, and optimise monitoring, supervision, and alerting solutions to improve service visibility and operational excellence;
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, DevOps practices, performance optimisation, and operational best practices;
  • Support development teams by implementing technical user stories and ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and operational standards;
  • Conduct security and operational reviews, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across infrastructure and application services;
  • Collaborate with production support teams to maintain operational stability and enhance service quality.

What you are like:

  • Proficient in IT infrastructure administration, cloud environments, and production operations;
  • Experienced in DevOps methodologies and Agile ways of working;
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, Dynatrace, or similar technologies;
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD ecosystems and automation tools, including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible, SonarQube, and related solutions;
  • Comfortable working with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Good understanding of IT risk management, cybersecurity principles, resilience, and operational best practices;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and logical approach to troubleshooting;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities;
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise, adapt to change, and perform effectively in demanding environments.
