Role Overview:
We’re looking for a GEN AI Developer (junior to middle-senior level) to join an up-and-coming Digital Factory, focused on creating the future of AI implementation within one of the world’s leading energy companies.
Their mission is to design and deliver AI-powered products that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value, in a position that allows you not only to innovate at scale, but also to shape the future of AI in the energy sector and beyond.

You will have the opportunity to:
- Work with a motivated team to help us shape the next generation of intelligent systems;
- Design and implement AI agents based on Large Language Models (LLMs), with capabilities for reasoning, context integration, and action planning;
- Define and structure multi-intent agents integrated across different domains (e.g., internal support, data analysis, task automation);
- Identify high-impact use cases and support their prioritization with business teams;
- Develop integrations between AI agents and legacy systems (SAP, CRM, data platforms, etc.);
- Work with recent tools of AI area such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.
What are you like?
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience developing LLM-based solutions;
- Experience with Power Automate, Azure Functions and Microsoft Dataverse to optimize business processes is valued;
- Familiarity with Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks, is highly;
- Fluency in English is valued;
- Curious, a team player, motivated, and ready to learn!
