Role Overview:
We are looking for a Core Banking Specialist (Banka/AS400) to join our team and support one of our strategic client in ensuring the reliability, stability, and continuous evolution of their core banking platform. You will play a key role in guaranteeing the integrity and performance of critical banking processes, while contributing to system evolution, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Provide applicational support for the Banka core banking system (AS400);
- Analyse, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional incidents;
- Collaborate in system evolutions, enhancements, and strategic projects;
- Work closely with functional teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations;
- Ensure system performance, integrity, and reliability across critical banking processes.
What you are like:
- Experienced in Core Banking platforms, preferably Banka (AS400);
- Proficient in functional knowledge of banking operations;
- Skilled in data analysis and interpreting complex information;
- Strong technical and functional troubleshooting abilities;
- Comfortable working in critical, high‑availability environments;
- Highly proactive with strong initiative;
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in dynamic contexts;
- Excellent communicator with both technical teams and business stakeholders;
- Oriented toward results, deadlines, and prioritisation;
- Strong team player with critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills;
- Able to handle pressure while maintaining focus and quality;
- Fluent English (is a plus).
