Role Description:

Mind Source is strengthening its Software Development team with a talented professional in Solution Architecture, specialized in Financial Crime.

Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

- More than 4 years of experience in similar roles as a Solution Architect, preferably within banking or highly regulated environments;

- Proven experience in Financial Crime, Risk, or complex regulatory environments;

- Solid knowledge of Financial Crime domains (AML, Sanctions, Screening, Monitoring, KYC/KYB);

- Experience in defining and governing solution architectures (HLD and LLD);

- Experience designing solutions involving complex data, legacy platforms, and regulatory constraints;

- Strong understanding of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures;

- Experience working with formal architecture governance and assurance frameworks;

- Ability to identify, manage, and escalate architectural risks and dependencies;

- Knowledge of banking regulations and standards (e.g. PRA, FCA, ECB);

- Experience in systems integration, data migration strategies, and archival approaches;

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Risk, and business stakeholders);

- Fluency in English.
