At Merkle, a dentsu company, you will power the experience economy by delivering technology architectures that support millions of users. You will deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, automate delivery cycles, and ensure robust security and scalability for global brands.

O que vais fazer

• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on leading cloud providers, ensuring high availability, reliability, scalability, and robust security
• Assist in designing cost-effective solutions and services, ensuring value is measured, tracked, and realized at key delivery points
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, or others
• Monitor and optimise cloud resource utilisation for performance and cost-effectiveness
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar tools
• Automate application build, testing, and deployment processes to streamline delivery cycles, continuously increasing developer productivity and delivered quality
• Automate maintenance tasks such as patching, updates, and backups, focusing on reducing manual activities while ensuring optimal performance and security
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to increase system visibility and enable faster response to events
• Monitor system performance using modern monitoring tools to provide advanced insights and analytics
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in cloud and application environments, and assist in restoring normal operations
• Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure business continuity
• Support internal and external customers with technical issues
• Apply best practices for securing cloud resources, including identity management, network security, and data security
• Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with development, operations, QA, and security teams to align cloud infrastructure with application needs
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members
• Contribute to the improvement of processes and DevOps best practices across the organization
• Document solutions, processes, and tools of high quality
• Engage in continuous improvement following the company's internal education program
