Provide support and development activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. Work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with our clients, all leaders in their industries.

O que vais fazer
  • Provide support and development activities related to Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring security and availability
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 (O365) services and user lifecycle management
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements
  • Contribute to the optimization of authentication and access management processes
O que é pedido
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with IAM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Exchange
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing identities, permissions, and access governance
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Good communication skills in Portuguese
  • Graduate degree or equivalent academic background
  • Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset
