Lead and support the test automation strategy and technical direction. You will work together with expert teams on projects of large magnitude and intensity, long term together with clients who are leaders in their industries. The role follows a hybrid work model.
O que vais fazer
- Lead and support the test automation strategy and technical direction
- Analyse automation opportunities and define the most appropriate approach
- Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and test suites
- Design and execute automated tests across HMI, API and Batch environments
- Identify, document and track bugs, regressions and incidents using Mantis or JIRA
- Maintain and evolve the automated test estate in collaboration with development and Product teams
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD and software factory processes
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and test automation industrialisation
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

O que é pedido
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with experience as a Tech Lead Automation Engineer
- Strong experience in test automation and QA best practices
- Strong knowledge of Cypress and Python
- Experience with Sauce Labs, Xray, Git and Postman
- Experience with UFT and VBA
- Knowledge of MongoDB
- Experience with automated testing across HMI, API and Batch environments
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Good problem-solving and anomaly detection skills
- Italian – B2 and Portuguese – B1
- Strong communication, interpersonal and consulting skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable and able to manage pressure
