- Design and support the Private Cloud infrastructure hosting WebSphere environments
- Manage and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server platforms and related middleware components
- Ensure availability, performance and stability of WebSphere and underlying infrastructure
- Support virtualization, compute, storage and backup platforms
- Lead lifecycle, obsolescence and modernization initiatives
- Perform capacity, performance and infrastructure health assessments
- Troubleshoot complex WebSphere, OS and infrastructure issues
- Identify and reduce operational and infrastructure risks
- Drive continuous improvement and platform reliability

O que é pedido
- Senior Engineer with strong IBM WebSphere / Middleware experience
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Experience with SAN, storage, datastores and file systems
- Good knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication
- Strong troubleshooting skills across WebSphere, servers, OS and infrastructure
- Proactive mindset towards modernization, automation and operational reliability
