What You'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Optimize platform performance, security, and scalability while following Salesforce best practices.
• Support deployment activities using Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST and SOAP web services.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, security model, and sharing rules.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or similar) are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
