Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (Manual and Automation

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid

Overview / Summary: We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Manual and Automation) responsible for ensuring a high-quality user experience through functional and regression testing, executing test cases, validating results, logging defects, preparing test plans and test data, performing test executions with daily reporting, ensuring regression stability, and providing QA signoff for build releases.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Ensure high-quality user experience through functional and regression testing.

- Execute test cases, validate results, and log defects.

- Prepare test plans defining scope, objectives, and resources.

- Create detailed test cases and test data to validate features and functionality.

- Perform test execution and share daily test result reports with stakeholders.

- Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected.

- Provide QA signoff by approving or rejecting build releases based on test outcomes.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

Education:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience:

- Several years of experience in QA.

- Experience working in complex domains such as fintech, e-commerce, or other intricate workflow systems.

- Previous experience in automation using the Cypress framework and API automation.

Languages:

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Stack Tech:

- Cypress

- API automation tools.

Complementary Requirements:

- Ability to enhance the existing targeting module for detailed investment sector analysis and streamline the rating computation process.
