- Analyse and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and User Stories
- Create and maintain Story Maps and test documentation
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements
- Support test preparation and execution and follow up on identified issues
- Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Analyse data and validate requirements using SQL queries
- Contribute to solution design, considering the technical architecture
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities
- Support configuration and parameterisation activities when required

O que é pedido
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- French – C1 and English – B2/C1
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, functional specifications and User Stories
- Experience with Story Mapping, test documentation and test execution
- Experience creating functional and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Good knowledge of SQL and database models
- Good understanding of technical architectures
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Experience in User Story writing
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented mindset
Valorizado
- Banking industry experience is a plus
- Experience with parameterisation and configuration is a plus
