What You'll do:

• Design and manage observability and monitoring solutions for systems and applications.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and reports using tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and PRTG.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance and reliability.
• Integrate observability practices into CI/CD pipelines and support best practices adoption.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hybrid work model.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in observability, cloud environments, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and PRTG.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and modern monitoring best practices.
• Background in software development and DevOps environments is a plus.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Quick learner with an adaptable and quality-driven mindset.
