Job Title: Frontend Developer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (3x office days)

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with experience with development and maintenance of microservices within an event-driven architecture, plus implementation of robust, reliable event-driven patterns, including delivery guarantees and fault-tolerant behaviour.

Requirements

- Solid understanding of JavaScript and ES6+;

- Practical knowledge of React and its core concepts (components, hooks, state management, etc.);

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and how to integrate them in a frontend app;

- Experience working with version control systems, especially Git, TypeScript;

- Familiarity with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API);

- Understanding of component libraries/design systems (e.g., Material UI, TailwindCSS, Ant Design);

- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines or tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions;

- Awareness of accessibility (a11y) and performance optimisation in frontend;

Plus:

- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid);

- Basic knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library);

- English +B2 level
