What is this challenge about:
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cycles, and test cases to ensure product quality and coverage.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Unity Test Framework, Selenium, Playwright, or Postman.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
- Use development environments such as Visual Studio to support test scripting and debugging activities.
- Apply software testing methodologies and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct API testing and validate behavior using appropriate tools and frameworks.
- Manage test cases and defects using tools such as Zephyr and Jira.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to drive resolutions.
- Identify risks proactively and communicate them clearly and efficiently to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement of quality processes.
- Maintain organized documentation, test evidence, and reports to support audit or compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, focusing on solutions rather than issues.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- +4 years of experience in software testing with strong skills in defining and executing test plans, cycles, and test cases.
- +3 years of experience in test automation using Unity Test Framework, Selenium, Playwright, or Postman.
- Proficiency with IDEs such as Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
- Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (C# preferred).
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and API testing concepts.
- Experience with test management tools (Zephyr) and defect management platforms (Jira).
- Basic knowledge of Docker.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly organized, with strong technical capabilities and experience in the technologies listed.
- Fluent level of English.
