What we are looking for
- 10+ years of experience managing projects in
- finance, banking, or fintech
- Proven experience in
- technology-driven initiatives (e.g., integrations, core banking, digital platforms, data migrations)
- Strong understanding of
- financial products and operational processes
- Technical acumen to discuss
- architecture, APIs, integrations, and data models
- Experience leading
- multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent
- stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and
- resilient in complex environments
- Familiarity with
- Agile / Hybrid / PM2 / PRINCE2 / PMP methodologies
- Fluent level of
- Portuguese & English (mandatory);
- Availability to work in a hybrid environment – 2 times per week in the office in
- Porto or Lisbon.
- Candidates must be residing already in Portugal.
