What we are looking for

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification;

- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development;

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations;

- Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing;

- Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD;

- Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers;

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers;

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written);

- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra or Braga).
