What is this challenge about:
- Designing end-to-end product experiences for a large-scale, data-intensive B2B platform operating in a high-impact, high-complexity domain.
- Translating complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to deliver a consistent and unified UX across multiple product areas.
- Planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, including usability testing, concept validation, and contextual inquiries.
- Creating personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product discovery and delivery.
- Defining UX requirements for A/B and multivariate testing to validate design decisions.
- Working side by side with engineering teams to ensure high-quality UI implementation aligned with design intent.
- Contributing to and evolving design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
- Advocating for UX best practices and design thinking within agile (SCRUM) environments, delivering iteratively and continuously.
- Applying AI-aware design principles and leveraging AI tools to enhance both the product experience and design workflows.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience working across all stages of the UX/Product Design process.
- Solid background in UX Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
- Proven ability to design for complex, data-rich, B2B applications.
- Strong experience conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions.
- High proficiency with Figma for UI design and prototyping.
- Experience working with and contributing to Design Systems.
- Deep understanding of Lean UX principles and agile product development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions.
- Experience or strong interest in designing AI-powered or AI-assisted products.
- Fluent level of English (mandatory).
- Availability to work remotely in Portugal.
