What we are looking for

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Appian development experience (ideally 2-3 years);

- Appian Developer Certification (mandatory);

- Proficiency in English — both written and spoken;

- Solid understanding of Appian components, including process models, interfaces, data types, record types, and integrations;

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
