KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.

About Responsibilities

Within KLx, you will join the Payment Services team focused on developing, and delivering payment products and services related to payment transactions, as well as card payment instruments (debit/credit cards and mobile payments).

As a Tech Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring technical consistency, delivering high-quality solutions, and leading a team of developers. You will be involved across the full delivery lifecycle, from specifications to development and integration phases.

As a Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead and coordinate a team of developers, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
• Be the technical owner of the application landscape and guarantee solution consistency
• Contribute to functional and technical specifications
• Participate in development, unit testing, and integration phases
• Analyze and resolve incidents and production issues
• Ensure proper planning, estimation, and delivery tracking
• Collaborate closely with Application Managers, Project Managers, Architects, and Design Authority
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and tools

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5+ years of experience in software development, with experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments (business, IT, production)
• Ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions
• Fluent in French and English.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java
• Solid knowledge of Spring Framework and Angular
• Experience with application servers (WebSphere, WildFly)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Maven)
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit)
