KLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.

Mission

Within KLx, you will join our Insurance Division, where you will be responsible for the technical design, quality, and industrialization of the developed solutions, in alignment with group standards.

You will actively contribute to the implementation of the technical architecture, the control of technical debt, and the continuous improvement of development practices, while supporting the upskilling of team members.

The Tech Lead is responsible for:

• Ensure the technical design of User Stories and Features in line with defined standards
• Guarantee the integration of non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
• Implement and align the squad with the overall technical architecture
• Enforce development best practices (code quality, peer reviews, automated testing)
• Ensure proper integration of components into the CI/CD pipeline
• Define and drive technical industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage and reduce technical debt while tracking related indicators (debt score)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and JIRA items
• Ensure quality and reliability of deliverables within the squad’s scope
• Support and mentor team members to strengthen their technical skills

About you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven experience in software development with strong technical expertise
• Strong understanding of application architecture and engineering best practices
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent in French and English.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Java, Angular, TypeScript, and HTML
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
• Good knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
