As a Senior Test Lead, you will be working for our client, a global leader in the technology solutions industry. You will help build robust testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

O que vais fazer

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring best practices and quality standards are upheld
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, scripts, and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product managers, to identify and resolve defects
• Oversee test automation efforts to accelerate release cycles and improve test coverage
• Monitor testing progress and report on quality metrics to stakeholders
• Mentor and guide junior testing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Stay abreast of emerging testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend innovative approaches

O que é pedido

• 4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing testing teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• French language proficiency is required
• Experience with modern testing tools and agile methodologies
• Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

Valorizado

• Certifications in ISTQB, CSTE, or similar
• Experience working in international or multinational environments
