As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a pioneering force in the technology industry. You will steer complex projects, foster innovation, and elevate digital experiences for global clients, leading and overseeing technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

O que vais fazer

Lead and oversee technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and architectural excellence
Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and refine technical strategies
Mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery
Identify and resolve complex technical challenges swiftly and effectively
Ensure best practices are maintained in coding, testing, and deployment processes
Promote agile methodologies and contribute to process improvement initiatives

O que é pedido

4+ years of experience in software development or technical leadership
Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, or Python)
Strong knowledge of architectural design, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Competitive communication skills in English (fluent) and French (communicative)
Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

Valorizado

Certifications in cloud architecture or project management
Experience with international team leadership
Knowledge of security standards and compliance
