- Lead and mentor a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex IT solutions aligned with client needs
- Architect technical strategies and ensure best practices in software engineering
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into clear business value
- Drive innovation by leveraging the latest technologies and development methodologies
O que é pedido
- Minimum 4 years of experience in leading IT project teams
- Strong expertise in software development, architecture, and team management
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks pertinent to digital transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of managing complex projects within fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills in English
- English (Communicative)
- French (Good command)
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
