Porto-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).
As a Senior Salesforce Developer – Apex & Integrations, you’ll join the Salesforce Factory team—a transversal group of BA, DEV, and QA—responsible for delivering new features and supporting Salesforce tooling.
Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
- Architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning components.
- Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and analysts.
- Mentor and coach junior developers while performing code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce development, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce application issues, ensuring robust and reliable production operations.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems (including third-party APIs), and write unit/integration tests.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 6 years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, web services, and/or middleware.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and data modeling concepts.
- Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Technical Architect.
- Experience leading teams and providing technical leadership.
