As a Senior Specialist in QA and Test Management, you will work for our client, a leader in the technology and software development industry. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions by managing testing processes, implementing automation strategies, and maintaining functional excellence. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across multiple projects using ALM, QC, Jira, and other tools.
• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure software quality.
• Manage the testing lifecycle and ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently resolve, diagnose, and address issues.
• Implement and promote testing methodologies aligned with industry standards such as ISTQB.
• Monitor testing progress and generate reports to inform stakeholders about quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation coverage.
• Facilitate communication between QA and development teams to streamline quality initiatives.

You are a great fit for this role if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in QA, test management, or related areas.
• Practical experience with ALM, Quality Center (QC), Jira, and test automation tools.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, especially ISTQB standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and coordinate with remote teams.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

It's a great advantage if you have: (optional)

• Certification in ISTQB or other testing qualifications.
• Experience working in multinational teams or multicultural environments.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent in English (communicative level)
• Proficiency in French is also required and highly valued.
