As a Senior QA Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization within the BPCE Group, focused on managing and enhancing banking and savings platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of robust, high-quality software solutions that support millions of customers across France and Europe. Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test strategies aligned with project needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts using Jira Xray to ensure software quality.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to validate banking platform features.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, facilitating prompt resolutions.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Provide transparent reporting on testing progress, issues, and results to project stakeholders.
- Continuously refine testing methodologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 6 years of proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar senior testing role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and test management tools.
- Proficiency in Jira Xray for test case management and defect tracking.
- Fluency in English; fluent in French (spoken and written, B2 level).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience testing banking or financial services platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools.
- Certifications related to quality assurance or testing.
Language Required for the role:
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in French (spoken and written, B2 level).
