O que vais fazer
- Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) to ensure code quality and reliability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, emphasizing DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Conduct refactoring and architecture enhancements while maintaining simple, clean design principles
- Collaborate effectively through pair programming, daily standups, code reviews, and sprint activities
- Design and maintain resilient architectures supporting scalability and high performance
- Develop backend solutions using Python and Django framework aligned with business needs
O que é pedido
- 9+ years of proven experience as a Python Developer with a focus on backend development
- Expertise in Python, Django framework, TDD, DevOps, CI/CD tools, refactoring, and clean architecture
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills with an autonomous work approach
- Experience working in agile environments and fostering continuous learning
- Fluent English
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
