As a Senior Oracle HCM Developer, you will be working for a leading player in HR technology solutions dedicated to optimizing human resource processes. You will contribute to building sophisticated HR data systems that improve organizational efficiency and user experience.

  • Develop and enhance Oracle HCM modules, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
  • Analyze HR business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle HCM ecosystem
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, applying a deep understanding of HR data models
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to deliver high-impact features
  • Maintain documentation of technical specifications, system configurations, and process workflows
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards
  • Support data migration and integration efforts to streamline HR workflows
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM developments and propose innovative improvements
O que é pedido
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM development
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data models
  • Proficiency in analyzing and solving technical issues independently
  • Experience working within Agile project environments
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
