O que vais fazer
  • Develop, customize, and optimize Oracle HCM modules to meet client-specific HR requirements
  • Analyze HR data models and processes to design scalable solutions aligned with best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently, ensuring system stability and performance
  • Collaborate within Agile teams, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement
  • Support integration efforts between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems
  • Document technical specifications and system configurations for ease of maintenance and knowledge sharing
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
O que é pedido
  • 1–4 years of experience in Oracle HCM development
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data modeling
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies
  • Fluent French (C1) and good command of English (B2)
  • Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

  • Good knowledge of SQL, including query writing and data structures
