As a Senior Middleware Operations Engineer, you will be working for our client supporting mission-critical platforms such as Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis. Your expertise will ensure operational stability, drive incident resolution, and foster a proactive support environment.
O que vais fazer
- Support and maintain Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring optimal performance and high availability
- Monitor production environments, identify issues, and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize business impact
- Execute standard changes, service requests, and update operational documentation to enhance team efficiency
- Strengthen team autonomy in Qlik operations and reinforce Kafka support within a complex Cloudera ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, analyze, and develop resilience strategies for middleware platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining operational procedures and documentation
O que é pedido
- At least 4 years of experience in middleware operations or related IT roles
- Strong expertise in Kafka, Qlik Replicate, and Redis platforms
- Proven skills in production monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Cloudera platform dependencies and integrations
- Fluent in English
- Fluent English and French
- Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

- Proficiency in French is a strong plus
