About the Role: As a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer in our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of supporting and developing critical enterprise applications. Your expertise will ensure seamless incident resolution, deliver incremental evolutions, and support efficient release cycles across diverse platforms. Your main responsibilities:

• Resolve Level 2 and Level 3 tickets, conducting incident analysis, configuration, and minor evolutions
• Develop enhancements and fix defects throughout the application landscape
• Manage integrations, APIs, and data flows to ensure system cohesion
• Support release, deployment, and upgrade activities, coordinating with software vendors as needed
• Contribute to operational runbooks, documentation, and problem management processes
• Collaborate within an Agile team to continuously improve system stability and performance

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 7 years of experience in Java full-stack development within complex enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in backend technologies, microservices architecture, and API integration (Spring, Kafka experience a plus)
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-native deployment practices
• Proven experience supporting production systems, performing debugging, log analysis, and incident resolution
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and eligibility to work in Europe

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with microservices deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of microservices security, performance optimization, and advanced backend patterns
